On-premise

On-premise refers to an organisation that has its payroll system entirely on-site in its own office or data centre including a Windows Server and all software and users. This approach suits organisations that wish to entirely manage their own systems and value the security and reliability of an on-premise system. Redstone will still agree a procedure with you for remote access to your system for support and development.

Hosted

Hosted refers to a system fully hosted and managed by Redstone to an agreed Service Level in one of our data-centres. The customer will access the system over a secure connection and use Paysolve purely as a service. A hosted system can be ideal for organisations that do not wish to allocate resources to managing IT. Redstone can tailor its hosted or Cloud offerings to suit a customer’s requirements.

To run your Bureau

If your organisation wants to offer a Bureau service to its customers then Paysolve can be the ideal platform as it is scalable and manages multiple payrolls with your users and end-customers using a web interface to enter and access information.
